Kogi Reps hopeful, Dr Kola Bello drums up support for Yahaya Bello’s presidential ambition

A House of Representatives aspirant seeking to represent Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu federal constituency, Dr. Charles Kolawole Bello, has drummed up support for the 2023 presidential ambition of Governor Yahaya Bello.
Bello, in a statement on Wednesday, called on Nigerians to support the Kogi State governor to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.
Popularly known as ‘Bello Ijumu Jnr’, Bello also called on the leadership of All Progressives Congress (APC) at the national, state and local government levels to give to the young Governor whom he described as “a result oriented, young and dynamic Governor”.
He argued that for fairness and equity, the next president should be ceded to the North-Central geo-political zone which he noted have never had the opportunity of becoming the president of Nigeria.
“The good people of North-Central are dynamic, reasonable, humane, industrious, patriotic and innovative. All these he noted are the qualities of Gov. Yahaya Bello of Kogi State.
“If given the opportunity of becoming Nigeria next president, Governor Yahaya Bello will put smile on the faces of all Nigerians, irrespective of where they come from.
“Nigeria need a leader like Gov. Bello to salvage the country which is faced with enormous challenges like hunger, insecurity of lives and properties, bandit attack on our high ways, communities and schools, among others.
“With the wealth of knowledge and exposure of Gov. Yahaya Bello, he will check all these challenges for the overall development of our great nation if elected,” he said.
The House of Reps hopeful appealed to the good people of Kog State to continue to support the programs and activities of Governor Bello in his continued efforts to deliver more gains of democracy to the people of the state.
He described the Governor as an asset and one who is guided with the fear of God.
