The son of the Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, Omar Bolaji Gambari has been described as the new Mr. Fix It at the nation’s seat of power, Aso Rock.
According to inside sources, Omar Gambari, son of Professor Folorunsho Ibrahim Gambari, has been allegedly busy influencing appointment for close friends at the presidency.
The sources informed this medium that the younger Gambari has reportedly influenced the appointment of some of his friends as Senior Special Assistants to the President.
It would be recalled that Professor Gambari took over as Chief of Staff to President Buhari after the death of the former holder of the office, Aba Kyari.
Kyari, who died as a result of complications from COVID-19, was reputed to have influenced a large portion of appointments by President Buhari as he wielded enormous power at the presidency.

Omar Bolaji Gambari is a New York tax attorney with the Thorgood Law Firm, with primary practice in the areas of corporate and business law and international corporate law.
He currently manages the Firm’s Lagos office where he has played pivotal roles in corporate agreements in connection with general business transactions for a wide array of clients and industries that include the Advertising, Information Technology, Financial & Business Advisory, Real Estate and the Oil & Gas industries.
Before obtaining his law degree, Mr. Gambari worked as an investment analyst with Merrill Lynch private client group in New York. Mr. Gambari was also previously associated with the General Legal Division of the United Nations. He has also worked with the law offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York.
Mr. Gambari heads the African Youth Organization, a not-for-profit organization that provides mentoring and support for students of African origin.
