Funke Akindele, JJC Skillz sentenced to 14-day community service

Popular actress, Funke Akindele, and her musician husband, Abdul Rasheed Bello, also known as JJC Skillz, were on Monday sentenced to 14-day community service for violating the Lagos State’s lockdown order to check the spread of coronavirus.
Presiding Magistrate, Mrs Aje Afunwa of the Lagos State Magistrates’ Court in Ogba, who handed down the sentence, also imposed a fine of N100,000 each on them.
Mrs Afunwa further ordered that they should be placed in self-isolation for 14 days, while also ordering that they must compile the names and phone numbers of everyone who attended JJC Skillz birthday party and submit same to the court.
