Adron Homes Appoints New Executives, Reaffirms Dedication to Excellence in Leadership

In a strategic effort to enhance service delivery and solidify its leadership position, Adron Homes and Properties has announced the appointment of a new slate of executives, each recognized for their exceptional professionalism and significant contributions to the company’s growth.

Among the new leaders are Adenike Ajobo as Managing Director; Olubunmi Akinfe as Deputy Managing Director; Ihuoma Azuru as Assistant Managing Director of Sales and Marketing (Lagos); Barbie Ette as Assistant Managing Director of Sales and Marketing (Northern Nigeria); Odunola Ogundapo as Assistant Managing Director of Sales and Marketing (Western Nigeria); Olasumbo Oguntoye as Assistant Managing Director of Housing Nigeria; and Aminat Olaniyan Haastrup as Director General of Customer Service.

Aare Adetola Emmanuel King, Chairman and Group Managing Director of Adron Homes, emphasized the importance of aligning all operations with the company’s mission. He urged the newly appointed executives to lead with integrity and focus on achieving quality results.

Profiles of the New Executives

Adenike Ajobo – Managing Director
Adenike Abosede Ajobo brings a wealth of experience in corporate branding, public relations, and organizational strategy. With a degree in Linguistics from the University of Ibadan and an OND in Marketing from The Polytechnic of Ibadan, she is a member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (MNIMN) and the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).

Ajobo joined Adron Homes in January 2024 as Group Company Secretary and quickly rose to become Deputy Managing Director of Southern Nigeria. Now serving as Managing Director, she is tasked with driving innovative strategies to propel the company forward.

Olubunmi Akinfe – Deputy Managing Director
Akinfe Olubunmi Omolara, a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University with a B.Sc. in Microbiology, has displayed exceptional leadership across various roles, including Deputy Group Sales Manager, Regional Chief Operating Officer, and Director General of Sales and Marketing.

Now appointed Deputy Managing Director, Akinfe will oversee operational efficiency and growth, leveraging her extensive expertise in sales and strategic management.

Ihuoma Azuru – Assistant Managing Director, Lagos
With an impressive academic background that includes a B.Sc. in Accounting, an MBA in Human Resources, and ongoing law studies, Ihuoma Udodirim Azuru has demonstrated versatility and dedication.

Since joining Adron Homes as Group Head Admin and HR, she has excelled in leadership roles, including Director of Sales and Marketing (Southwest). Her latest role as Assistant Managing Director of Sales and Marketing in Lagos positions her to strengthen the company’s footprint in the region.

Odunola Ogundapo – Assistant Managing Director, Western Nigeria
A graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University and the University of Lagos, Odunola Ogundapo combines expertise in geology and strategic marketing. She joined Adron Homes in 2017 as a Business Executive and has since advanced through various leadership roles.

As Assistant Managing Director of Sales and Marketing (Western Nigeria), Ogundapo continues to develop innovative strategies that enhance the company’s market position and motivate her team.

Aminat Olaniyan Haastrup – Director General of Customer Service
Aminat Haastrup, with a background in Estate Management from Yaba College of Technology and certifications in customer relations, has redefined Adron Homes’ approach to customer service.

Her passion for customer-centric strategies and transformative initiatives earned her promotion to Director General of Customer Service, where she will focus on enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
