Zamfara Publishes First Batch of Successful Nurses, Midwives Recruitment Applicants

The Zamfara State Government has released the first batch of applicants who successfully completed the recruitment process for Nurses and Midwives under the Hospitals Services Management Board.

The announcement was made by the Zamfara Information Technology Development Agency, ZITDA, following the completion of screening, verification and assessment of candidates.

According to ZITDA, the selection exercise was conducted in line with approved recruitment guidelines, with applicants assessed against established eligibility criteria and due process requirements.

The agency said the recruitment received the approval of the state governor, Dauda Lawal, after the selection process had been reviewed.

ZITDA said the governor, “has granted approval for the recruitment of the successful candidates, having been satisfied with the eligibility, transparency, and due process observed throughout the selection exercise.”

Applicants who participated in the recruitment have been advised to check their individual application status through the official recruitment portal.

According to the agency, candidates can access their records using their email address, phone number or application ID.

ZITDA congratulated applicants whose names appeared in the first batch, urging them to regard their selection as both an opportunity and a responsibility to the people of Zamfara State.

The agency encouraged the successful candidates to demonstrate diligence, professionalism and integrity in the discharge of their duties.

It also urged them to justify the confidence placed in them by maintaining a strong commitment to service and the responsibilities attached to their new roles.

For applicants who were not included in the first batch, ZITDA urged them not to be discouraged, stressing that the recruitment exercise remains ongoing.

The agency advised those applicants to remain patient and continue checking the official recruitment portal for subsequent batches and further announcements.

ZITDA further warned applicants against relying on unofficial information or dealing with individuals claiming to have information or influence over the recruitment exercise.

The agency advised all candidates to depend solely on official communications from the relevant government authorities.

ZITDA thanked all applicants for their patience and cooperation throughout the recruitment process and extended its congratulations to those selected in the first batch.
