Ogun State Govt Grants Certificate of Occupancy to Adron Homes for Shimawa Estates

In a landmark move to bolster real estate development, the Ogun State Government, led by Governor Prince (Dr.) Dapo Abiodun, MFR, CON, has officially issued Certificates of Occupancy (C of O) to Adron Homes and Properties for Treasure Park and Gardens Phase 2 (City of David) and Phase 3 (Capetown Estate) in Shimawa.
This significant gesture highlights the government’s commitment to fostering a business-friendly environment and supporting credible private developers in the state.
This was disclosed in a statement by the Chief Press Secretary of Adron Group, Maureen Echefu on Thursday.
The issuance of the certificates underscores Ogun State’s efficiency in land documentation and its dedication to partnering with organizations that prioritize excellence and compliance in real estate operations. This collaboration aligns with the government’s vision of enhancing housing development, creating jobs, and ensuring quality living standards for its residents.
Building on a Legacy of Collaboration
This is not the first time Ogun State has partnered with Adron Homes. Under the previous administration of Senator Ibikunle Amosun, the state issued Certificates of Occupancy for Treasure Park and Gardens Phase 1 (Genesis Estate) and Treasure Park and Gardens (Glasshouse Estate). The continuity of this partnership reflects a consistent policy to encourage Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) as a driver of economic growth and infrastructural development.
Governor Dapo Abiodun’s administration has reinforced this tradition by streamlining processes and creating a conducive environment for real estate investment. The issuance of the C of O further cements Ogun State’s reputation as a hub for innovation and sustainable development.
Adron Homes Commends Ogun State Government
Reacting to the development, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, Chairman of Adron Homes and Properties, expressed gratitude to the Ogun State Government for its prompt action and trust in the company’s vision.
“We are deeply honored by this gesture, as it further validates our commitment to building world-class estates that provide comfort, security, and long-term value for our clients,” Emmanuelking said. “Treasure Park and Gardens Phase 2 (City of David) and Phase 3 (Capetown Estate) in Shimawa are demonstrations of our vision of making luxury affordable, with state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities that cater to the modern homeowner.”
He lauded Governor Abiodun for fostering a business-friendly environment and emphasized that the issuance of the C of O strengthens Adron Homes’ resolve to expand access to quality housing for Nigerians.
Treasure Park and Gardens: A Benchmark for Sustainable Living
Located in the serene Shimawa area of Ogun State, Treasure Park and Gardens Estates offer a unique blend of tranquility and accessibility. These meticulously planned communities feature paved roads, modern drainage systems, recreational spaces, and state-of-the-art infrastructure, setting a high standard for sustainable living.
The newly issued Certificates of Occupancy provide an added layer of security and assurance for current and prospective investors, further solidifying Adron Homes’ position as a trusted leader in Nigeria’s real estate sector.
Reinforcing Development and Prosperity
This milestone marks a significant chapter in the history of Treasure Park and Gardens Estates and highlights Ogun State’s ongoing efforts to attract investment and promote economic prosperity. With the government’s support, Adron Homes is poised to continue delivering innovative housing solutions that enhance the quality of life for Nigerians.
