Aare Adetola Emmanuelking Celebrates Damola Aiyeola at 60, Applauds His Contributions to RSSOSA

The National President of the Remo Secondary School Old Students Association, RSSOSA, Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, has felicitated with the National Vice President of the association’s United Kingdom Branch, Mr. Damola Aiyeola, on his 60th birthday, describing him as a devoted family man, committed leader and exemplary old student.

Emmanuelking said Aiyeola’s six decades had been marked by faith, family, leadership and service, noting that his dedication to RSSOSA had translated into meaningful contributions to the welfare of students and the development of Remo Secondary School.

In a birthday message to mark the milestone, the RSSOSA National President praised Aiyeola for understanding the responsibilities that come with belonging to an alumni association, particularly the obligation to give back to the institution that shaped its members.

He said Aiyeola’s role as National Vice President of the UK Branch had gone beyond occupying an executive position, as he had used the platform to support initiatives aimed at improving the educational experience and welfare of current students of the school.

Emmanuelking specifically commended the interventions carried out by the RSSOSA UK Branch under Aiyeola’s watch, describing them as practical demonstrations of alumni commitment to their alma mater.

Among the initiatives highlighted were the renovation of classrooms adopted by the UK Branch at Remo Secondary School, the provision of learning materials to outstanding students in both the Senior and Junior sections, and the sponsorship of holiday tutorials for SS3 students.

The tutorial initiative, he noted, was further strengthened through the provision of textbooks and sanitary pads to students, thereby addressing both their academic requirements and personal welfare.

According to the RSSOSA National President, the interventions demonstrated the impact that committed alumni leadership could have when service was placed at the centre of association activities.

He described Aiyeola as an example of an old student who had transformed his affection for his alma mater into concrete programmes capable of making a difference in the lives of present students.

Emmanuelking added that the achievements recorded by the UK Branch under Aiyeola’s leadership underscored the importance of alumni members taking responsibility for the continued development of their former schools.

As Aiyeola celebrates his diamond jubilee, the RSSOSA National President prayed for God’s continued guidance, protection and strength for the celebrant.

He also prayed for divine health, prosperity, renewed strength and greater fulfilment, while asking God to preserve Aiyeola’s family and reward his years of commitment to service.

Emmanuelking further wished the celebrant a more productive and impactful chapter of life, expressing the hope that he would continue to contribute to the growth of RSSOSA, its UK Branch and the development of Remo Secondary School.
