WAEC releases 2025 WASSCE results, urges students to check online

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has officially released the results of the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for school candidates.

In a statement posted on its official X handle (formerly Twitter) on Monday, August 4, the examination body announced that all candidates who participated in the 2025 WASSCE can now access their results online.

“We are pleased to inform candidates who sat for the 2025 WASSCE that their results have been released and are now available for viewing,” WAEC stated.

To check their results, candidates are required to visit the council’s result-checking portal at http://waecdirect.org.

WAEC further advised all students to ensure they have their result-checking PIN and examination number readily available in order to log in successfully and view their performance.
