NCDC confirms 5 new cases Coronavirus in Nigeria

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), on Monday confirmed five new cases of COVID-19 disease, otherwise known as Coronavirus in the country.
The brings the total number of Coronavirus cases in Nigeria to 35. Two have however been discharged.
The confirmation was made on NCDC Twitter handle, @NCDCgov on Monday.
“Five new cases of #COVID19 have been confirmed in Nigeria: two in FCT, two in Lagos and one in Edo.
“Two cases are returning travellers from the UK. As of 09:45 am on 23rd of March, there are 35 confirmed cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria. Two have been discharged”, the NCDC tweeted.
