Adron’s Chairman Welcomes NSE Ibeju-Lekki, Eyes Strategic Collaboration on Housing, Infrastructure

The Chairman/CEO of Adron Homes and Properties Limited, Sir Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing, KOF, has hosted executives of the newly established Ibeju-Lekki Branch of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) at the company’s headquarters, in what both parties described as the beginning of a strategic partnership for sustainable housing and infrastructural growth.

The NSE Ibeju-Lekki Branch, which recently became the 91st branch of the Society, was led on the courtesy visit by its Chairman, Engr. Olufemi Dare, FNSE. He explained that the visit was aimed at building stronger ties with corporate organizations renowned for upholding professionalism and structural integrity in their projects.

Commending Adron Homes, Engr. Dare lauded the company’s reputation for excellence in real estate development. “Adron Homes has shown exceptional commitment to quality housing delivery across Nigeria and beyond. Its structural integrity and innovation stand as a reference point for engineering excellence,” he said.

The NSE Chairman also disclosed that the branch would be conferring an award of recognition on Sir EmmanuelKing during its official inauguration ceremony, in appreciation of his remarkable contributions to housing development and infrastructure in Nigeria. Discussions during the visit further explored partnership opportunities in areas such as engineering, professional development, and sustainable housing solutions.

In his response, Sir Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing welcomed the delegation and expressed excitement about the prospects of collaboration. He underscored the importance of engineering to national progress, while stressing that the industry’s many challenges could only be overcome through professionalism.

According to him, “Engineering is the backbone of any meaningful infrastructural advancement, and as developers, we cannot afford to compromise on professionalism. This is why I am excited about this partnership and look forward to building a mutually beneficial relationship with NSE Ibeju-Lekki Branch.”

On the Adron Homes side, the Chairman was joined by senior executives, including Managing Director, Adenike Ajobo; Deputy Managing Director, Business Investment and Development, Tolani Roberts; Director of Brand and Communications, Mr. Kunle Ifeanyi Konwea; and Chief Press Secretary, Maureen Echefu.
