The Founder and Chairman of Adron Homes and Properties Limited, Aare Adetola Emmanuel-King, has described Nigeria’s traditional institutions as “vital partners” in national development, reaffirming his company’s commitment to preserving the country’s diverse cultural heritage.

The property mogul made these remarks following a high-profile courtesy visit to the House of Oduduwa on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Hosted by His Imperial Majesty, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi, CFR, Ojaja II, the visit served as a platform for the CEO to articulate a vision of inclusive growth that respects indigenous authority across all Nigerian regions.

During the royal reception, Aare Emmanuel-King emphasized that while the visit took place in the cradle of Yoruba civilization, Adron Homes’ respect for traditional stools extends to every corner of the federation. He noted that recognizing the custodians of heritage is essential for fostering the unity and stability required for the real estate sector to flourish.

“At Adron Homes, we believe that land is sacred and that development must be carried out with deep respect for culture, history, and traditional authority — not just in the South-West, but across every region of Nigeria,”** Aare Emmanuel-King declared.

He further elaborated on the company’s broader mission, stating:

“Our engagement with royal institutions transcends ethnicity and regional boundaries. We recognize that the traditional rulers in the North, East, South, and West are the primary stakeholders of the land. Our goal is to ensure that as we build modern cities, we do not erase the historical footprints that define us as a people.”

In a major announcement during the visit, the Adron CEO unveiled plans for a massive 200-acre luxury project in Ile-Ife dubbed the ORISUN WHITE PARADISE RESORT. The development is envisioned as a flagship destination that will harmonize high-end luxury living with cultural tourism.

Commenting on the synergy between business and tradition, the CEO remarked:
“Meaningful development thrives best when modern enterprise works in harmony with indigenous values and institutions. The Orisun White Paradise Resort will be a testament to how we can marry architectural brilliance with the cultural soul of a kingdom as historic as Ife. This project will not only provide housing but will serve as a hub for job creation and economic empowerment for the local community.”

Aare Emmanuel-King expressed his profound gratitude to the Oonirisa for the warm reception and the royal blessings bestowed upon the company. He described the visit as a historic milestone that reinforces Adron Homes’ identity as a brand that champions inclusivity.

“We are deeply honored by the reception at the House of Oduduwa. This visit reinforces our position as a corporate brand committed to cultural respect and sustainable development. We leave Ife not just with royal blessings, but with a renewed sense of responsibility to serve all Nigerians, regardless of their tribe or tongue, through world-class real estate solutions,” he concluded.
